STUDENT COMPLAINT POLICY
Dear Students:
Elevate Up Academy is approved and regulated by the Texas Workforce Commission (TWC), Career Schools and Colleges.
The TWC-assigned school number for Elevate Up Academy is S60555.
Elevate Up Academy is approved by the Texas Workforce Commission to operate as a distance education (online) school.
Students must first address any concerns or complaints regarding the school or its educational programs by following the grievance procedures outlined in the school’s published catalog and student enrollment agreement. The school is responsible for ensuring that all students receive a copy of these grievance procedures.
If a student is dissatisfied with the school’s response to a complaint, or if the student is unable to file a complaint with the school, the student may file a formal complaint with the Texas Workforce Commission.
