Every student at Elevate Up Academy came from somewhere different — a factory, a restaurant, a layoff. What they had in common was the drive to build something better, and WIOA made it possible.
“I didn’t think tech was for someone like me. WIOA covered everything and now I’m working in cybersecurity. It changed my whole life.”
The Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) is a federal initiative jointly run by the U.S. Department of Labor and U.S. Department of Education. Its mission: remove the financial barriers that keep qualified people out of career training.
In plain terms — if you meet the eligibility criteria, the government covers your tuition. You focus on learning. They cover the bill.
✅ Elevate Up Academy is an officially approved ETPL provider in Texas — our programs are pre-qualified to accept WIOA funding through Texas Workforce Commission (TWC) and local American Job Centers.
